Key Responsibilities

  • •Administer, configure, and troubleshoot Salesforce, including fields, page layouts, record types, validation rules, flows, and permissions.
  • •Partner with business users to understand requirements and translate needs into practical system solutions.
  • •Investigate system and data issues, identify root causes, and resolve data quality and workflow problems.
  • •Build and maintain reports and dashboards using Salesforce, Excel, Tableau, and/or Power BI.
  • •Analyze commercial data to identify trends and provide actionable insights to support business decisions.

Key Requirements

  • •2–5 years of relevant experience in Sales Operations, Business Systems, Commercial Operations, or a related function (including medical device/life sciences/healthcare).
  • •Hands-on Salesforce experience as an administrator, analyst, or power user.
  • •Working knowledge of Salesforce objects, fields, permissions, reports/dashboards, validation rules, and automation.
  • •Strong Excel skills and experience building reports/dashboards with Tableau and/or Power BI.
  • •Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills with excellent written and verbal communication.
