Job Summary

Coordinate Teck’s global employee wellbeing strategy through initiatives that support physical, emotional, and social wellbeing. Partner with Health & Safety, HR, Communications, and site leaders to deliver consistent programming, run wellbeing committees, develop and execute multiple wellbeing campaigns, and maintain an initiatives calendar. Track engagement metrics and support reporting, internal communications, toolkits for wellbeing champions, feedback collection, and disability management reporting, with occasional site travel.

Key Responsibilities

•Serve as a safety leader by adhering to and sponsoring safety and environmental rules and procedures.
•Coordinate monthly Wellbeing Committee meetings, including booking sessions, taking minutes, and following up on action items.
•Develop and execute 3–5 employee wellbeing campaigns per year in partnership with the Communications team.
•Maintain the global wellbeing initiatives calendar; support coordination of events and campaigns and draft internal communications related to wellbeing initiatives.
•Track engagement metrics and support reporting on program outcomes, including employee feedback collection (surveys, focus groups) and disability management reporting and audit.

Travel: Low travel

Pay and Benefits

Salary: CAD 68,000 - 84,000 annually

Key Requirements

•3+ years of experience in HR, employee engagement, wellness programming, or event coordination preferred.
•Post-secondary education in Human Resources, Health Promotion, Psychology, Communications, or related field; or equivalent experience.
•Demonstrated experience delivering HR, employee engagement, or wellness initiatives in a large organization and/or across multiple jurisdictions.
•Proficient with Microsoft Office 365 (Teams, Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel) and experience with SharePoint or intranet content management is an asset.
•Strong organizational and project coordination skills with excellent attention to detail, with the ability to work independently and collaborate cross-functionally.
