Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve as a safety leader by adhering to and sponsoring safety and environmental rules and procedures.
  • •Coordinate monthly Wellbeing Committee meetings, including booking sessions, taking minutes, and following up on action items.
  • •Develop and execute 3–5 employee wellbeing campaigns per year in partnership with the Communications team.
  • •Maintain the global wellbeing initiatives calendar; support coordination of events and campaigns and draft internal communications related to wellbeing initiatives.
  • •Track engagement metrics and support reporting on program outcomes, including employee feedback collection (surveys, focus groups) and disability management reporting and audit.
Travel: Low travel

Pay and Benefits

Salary: CAD 68,000 - 84,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •3+ years of experience in HR, employee engagement, wellness programming, or event coordination preferred.
  • •Post-secondary education in Human Resources, Health Promotion, Psychology, Communications, or related field; or equivalent experience.
  • •Demonstrated experience delivering HR, employee engagement, or wellness initiatives in a large organization and/or across multiple jurisdictions.
  • •Proficient with Microsoft Office 365 (Teams, Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel) and experience with SharePoint or intranet content management is an asset.
  • •Strong organizational and project coordination skills with excellent attention to detail, with the ability to work independently and collaborate cross-functionally.
