Key Responsibilities

  • •Interpret order requirements to coordinate assignments and establish accountabilities across engineering materials, quality assurance, credit, production, shipping, and service support teams.
  • •Review customer purchase order amendments/additions and coordinate with the appropriate department; handle customer requests and initiate responses or corrective actions.
  • •With engineering, assemble layout and detail drawings, prepare preliminary bills of material, and forward revised submittals for customer approval.
  • •Monitor project equipment progress through the design/build process, resolve issues impacting progress, and develop project time estimates and product cost comparisons.
  • •Monitor project costs and margins, coordinate engineering documentation and design change information, and investigate shipping problems in line with target customer receipt dates.
