Key Responsibilities

  • •Monitor complex, high-risk workstreams across multiple channels, conduct re-performance testing, and evaluate outcomes for process adherence, accuracy, and regulatory alignment.
  • •Drive the design, maintenance, and governance of frontline QA methodologies and process frameworks, assessing the impact of strategic and operational changes.
  • •Lead calibration sessions, conduct deep-dive root-cause analyses, and deliver actionable insights that elevate quality standards.
  • •Design onboarding frameworks for new QA hires and provide ongoing mentorship, coaching, and targeted upskilling.
  • •Track deliverables and SLAs, manage QA monitoring platforms, and resolve process breakdowns using structured problem-solving.
