Job Summary

Lead planning, delivery, and measurement of global growth enablement initiatives across Japan Global Solutions, translating growth strategy into scalable frameworks. Partner with JGS leadership and commercial stakeholders to strengthen pipeline governance, opportunity conversion, operating cadence, and sales execution. Use business data, market intelligence, and ACIA insights to monitor progress, identify risks, and drive operational excellence. Also support talent development, bilingual pipeline efforts, and adoption of scalable tools and best practices.

Key Responsibilities

•Translate global JGS growth strategy into scalable enablement frameworks and a growth enablement platform.
•Drive growth enablement execution focused on opportunity conversion, client experience, and balanced revenue growth.
•Partner with sales, marketing, and solution lines to coordinate priorities, align activities, and support Japanese multinational clients.
•Strengthen pipeline governance and operating cadence by developing tools, reporting, and practical operating rhythms.
•Lead talent and people-related initiatives across JGS, including bilingual talent pipelines, onboarding, employee engagement, and retention efforts.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 130,000 - 140,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Native or near-native proficiency in both Japanese and English.
•Experience in strategy planning, organizational effectiveness, talent development, growth enablement, project management, consulting, or related functions within complex or global organizations.
•Experience coordinating cross-functional projects and driving execution across multiple parties.
•Experience working with Japanese business units, multinational organizations, or cross-cultural teams (preferred).
•Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
