Key Responsibilities

  • •Design and implement scalable solutions for secure enterprise workloads on the Kubernetes-based platform.
  • •Define and contribute to reliability initiatives including SLOs, capacity planning, and resilience improvements.
  • •Identify and resolve system misconfigurations and architectural risks.
  • •Own and continuously improve internal platform systems such as deployments, environments, and developer tooling.
  • •Build guardrails (not gates) and self-serve tooling to improve reliability, observability, and operational workflows for product engineers.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 250,000 - 315,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Extensive, production-grade Kubernetes scaling experience, including growing early-stage infrastructure into production-critical workloads.
  • •Deep understanding of distributed systems tradeoffs.
  • •Experience in Big Tech then startup, or in a startup that successfully scaled infrastructure.
  • •Strong systems mindset with the ability to operate comfortably in ambiguity.
  • •Experience working as a technical owner with broad company impact.
