Job Summary

Lead strategic sourcing for Visa’s marketing categories, developing negotiation strategies that deliver sustainable value and process improvements. Key Requirements

•5+ years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor’s degree, or 2+ years with an advanced degree, or 0 years with a PhD.
•5–7 years leading development and management of category plans or sourcing strategies specific to marketing categories.
•In-depth understanding of the agency and production marketplace with strong relationships with suppliers and agencies.
•Deep understanding of marketing measurement/metrics and ability to communicate insights and data to senior/executive management.
•Demonstrated contract and agreement negotiation experience, including development of negotiating plans and strategies.
