Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide delivery leadership for Open Banking/Open Finance initiatives, aligning mobilisation and delivery planning to global and regional strategies.
  • •Own end-to-end project delivery from initiation through closure for channel solutions, including execution, monitoring/control, and governance.
  • •Conduct delivery ceremonies and governance (planning, stand-ups, RAID, steering updates), removing blockers and managing dependencies.
  • •Ensure delivery meets local regulatory requirements and manage delivery risks/issues/dependencies with appropriate escalation.
  • •Coordinate testing and release activities (SIT/UAT, cutover, deployment readiness) and track delivery KPIs to drive continuous improvement.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science (Master’s preferred).
  • •Overall 15 years in IT, including 5+ years managing delivery/project management (preferably 3 years in Open Banking/Open Finance or digital channels in financial services).
  • •Proven delivery experience with strong understanding of local financial regulations, digital banking trends, and market dynamics.
  • •Strong understanding of Open Banking frameworks, Open Finance principles, API-driven delivery, and integration delivery for digital channels.
  • •Experience with delivery/project tools such as Jira, Confluence, and MS Project (or equivalent) using Agile delivery methodologies.
