Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve as PMC lead for project billing, quantity verification, cost management, budget monitoring, and commercial reporting across airport development.
  • •Establish and implement cost management and billing systems; certify contractor payments accurately and monitor costs against approved budgets.
  • •Review and validate quantities, progress valuation, and contractor submissions; assess variations, change orders, and additional cost claims with commercial implications.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering/quantity surveying/commerce/finance/construction management or related field, with an MBA (Finance) or master’s in construction management/quantity surveying preferred.
  • •15–20 years of professional experience in billing, quantity surveying, cost control, commercial management, or project financial administration.
  • •At least 10 years of experience on aviation projects involving airport terminal buildings, airside works, landside infrastructure, utilities, and airport support facilities.
  • •Proven experience managing billing and cost control for major infrastructure projects, including contractor billing, quantity verification, cost estimation, budget monitoring, forecasting, and financial reporting.
  • •Strong understanding of contract provisions and commercial administration, including variations, payment certification, and cost claims, plus proficiency in cost management systems/ERP and advanced Excel.
