Coordinate special events from order through on-site execution by supporting the Special Events Sales team and liaising between Sales and Operations. Manage event setup and breakdown logistics, client interactions, pre-shifts, and document tracking, while also handling deposits/payments, accounts receivable updates, and post-event paperwork. Support event marketing with sales kits and digital content, produce recurring competitive and banquet summaries, and complete delegated special projects.
