Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead the implementation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of the Integrated Management System (IMS) across multiple sites.
  • •Plan and conduct internal audits, support external certification audits, and ensure corrective actions are completed effectively.
  • •Partner with site management and local HSEQ teams to strengthen quality and safety performance across the region.
  • •Drive compliance with customer requirements, legal regulations, industry standards, and DP World policies.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 5 years of experience in HSEQ, Quality, Health & Safety, or a related function within logistics, manufacturing, automotive, or a comparable operational environment.
  • •Strong knowledge of ISO 9001 quality management systems, including experience supporting audits and certification activities.
  • •Experience managing HSEQ programs across multiple sites and influencing stakeholders in a matrix organization.
  • •Proven experience conducting audits, implementing corrective actions, and driving continuous improvement initiatives.
  • •Fluent German and English communication skills, with willingness and ability to travel regularly across Germany (approximately 30–50%).
