Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead order processing from contract review and order entry through invoicing, including prioritization, queue health, SLAs, and escalations.
  • •Manage, coach, and develop offshore KMC employees and one Senior Order Management Analyst FTE with clear goals, feedback, expectations, and growth plans.
  • •Own team quality by setting review standards, monitoring error and backlog trends, and converting recurring issues into process improvements.
  • •Lead Order Management UAT for new products, SKUs, pricing models, and billing system releases, including test coverage, defect triage, and launch readiness communication.
  • •Support month-end and quarter-end close with backlog/escalation management, reconciliations, accruals, cross-system data integrity, and audit-ready SOX documentation.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of experience in order management, order-to-cash, billing operations, or revenue operations at a SaaS company (or equivalent depth).
  • •Demonstrated leadership via people coaching and quality ownership, with prior management experience helpful but not required.
  • •Strong understanding of how order entry decisions impact downstream billing, revenue, collections, and reporting, including control implications.
  • •Experience leading UAT and system-change readiness, including test planning, defect triage, and risk communication.
  • •Operational judgment and communication skills with a track record of maintaining quality under month- and quarter-end pressure.
