Relationship Banker / SrRB - Avon Park

Provide in-branch and phone client service by building and expanding client relationships through consultative conversations. Recommend deposit, credit, convenience, and other financial products, support teller duties as needed, and help meet individual and branch sales targets. Participate in retail community bank leadership routines, pursue ongoing sales and product training, advise on consumer lending, and follow internal controls, operational procedures, and risk management policies.
