Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and manage capital and continuous improvement projects from concept through closure.
  • •Coordinate contractors and vendors to specify equipment and installations.
  • •Ensure compliance with engineering and regulatory standards and promote safe, environmentally responsible execution.
  • •Provide troubleshooting support to the plant and participate in Root Cause Analysis discussions to implement solutions.
  • •Support project phases including estimating, proposal submittal, purchasing, installation, start-up, commissioning, documentation, training, and handover.

Key Requirements

  • •University degree in Applied Sciences in Mechanical, Chemical, or Food Engineering.
  • •At least five years of related work experience in the food industry or similar manufacturing business (preferred).
  • •Strong problem-solving and sound judgment for complex technical assignments with minimal supervision.
  • •Good project management skills with ability to troubleshoot, identify improvement opportunities, and follow through on action plans.
  • •Technical knowledge relevant to the corn wet milling industry, including basic chemistry, heat and material balances, and separations/energy management.
