Key Responsibilities

  • •Support development and maintenance of customer standard operating procedures (CSOPs) for new and existing implementations.
  • •Assist with customer implementation projects under the direction of the Implementation Administrator.
  • •Document business processes, create process maps/workflow guides, and identify opportunities for standardization and continuous improvement.
  • •Support development of a reusable AI Workflow Library for implementation, documentation, and onboarding activities.
  • •Assist with vendor onboarding initiatives (including supplier master reconciliation) and analyze implementation data for reporting and project tracking.
