Key Responsibilities

•Lead and oversee cost management activities and reporting across projects, ensuring compliance with contractual entitlement and industry standards
•Develop and maintain cost control policies and risk mitigation strategies, monitor variations and cashflow, and support final account negotiations
•Manage a team of Intermediate Quantity Surveyors, including resourcing planning and performance reporting
•Provide cost advice to Claims, Contract Management and Project Management teams to achieve budget goals
•Foster relationships with supply chain partners and advise on claims and disputes related to construction contracts

•15+ years of experience in cost management for large infrastructure projects, with at least 3+ years in aviation/transport infrastructure

•Knowledge of cost management principles, methods, techniques and the standard method of measurement
