Job Summary

As Profound’s first Recruiting Operations hire, build the systems, processes, and data infrastructure to scale hiring. You’ll own the ATS, audit and optimize end-to-end recruiting, create dashboards and playbooks, and enable hiring managers to operate at peak efficiency, driving faster, data-informed hiring across the company.

Key Responsibilities

•Own Profound’s ATS end to end, including pipeline configuration, stage definitions, scorecards, automations, and integrations with scheduling and sourcing tools, and be the person everyone comes to when something is not working.
•Audit the full hiring process across every function, mapping where candidates are moving fast, where they are stalling, and where we are losing people we should not, then fix it.
•Build and maintain a recruiting metrics dashboard that tracks time to hire, pipeline conversion by stage, source quality, and offer acceptance rates, and surface insights that drive decisions.
•Design and run hiring manager enablement, including structured intake templates, interview guides, and scorecards that turn hiring managers into force multipliers.
•Set SLAs across the recruiting process, including response times, feedback timelines, and stage duration expectations, and hold teams accountable to them.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 100,000 - 140,000 annually
