Key Responsibilities

  • •Ensure supplier capacity needs and secure material availability according to requirements from internal and external customers.
  • •Communicate material requirements and product specifics to suppliers, and place and secure delivery of purchase orders.
  • •Limit deviations and carry out corrective measures; highlight problems and deviations and initiate improvement activities.
  • •Track and focus on daily results for purchasing milestones (quality, delivery, cost) and participate in relevant meetings and problem-solving.
  • •Support supplier payment approvals, supplier audits/visits if necessary, and forecast & logic-based planning.

Key Requirements

  • •B.E/B.Tech with 3-5 years of experience or Diploma with 6-8 years of experience in the domain.
  • •Mandatory knowledge of PPAP, SQE, and supplier development.
  • •Lean Six Sigma qualified.
  • •Good understanding and hands-on exposure in fabrication and machining.
  • •Deep knowledge of the ERP system, plus English communication in speech and writing.
