Key Responsibilities

•Lead the B2B regional marketing strategy for institutional audiences across the UK, Europe and ANZ, with clear ownership of adoption, engagement, and pipeline metrics.
•Partner closely with the Institutional Engagement team to align marketing efforts with institutional outreach and conversion goals.
•Design and execute a comprehensive events strategy including university roadshows, partner events, webinars, and industry conferences.
•Develop repeatable playbooks that can scale across markets while maintaining high quality execution.
•Partner cross-functionally to deliver cohesive, high-quality messaging across all touchpoints

Pay and Benefits

Salary: GBP 90,630 - 122,617 annually

Key Requirements

•7 to 10+ years of marketing experience, with strong exposure to B2B or institutional marketing.
•Proven experience designing and executing events or field marketing programs that drive engagement and conversion.
•Experience working in international education, EdTech, or a related sector is a strong plus.
•Strong understanding of the UK and/or ANZ education landscape, especially universities and study abroad pathways.
•Experience partnering closely with sales or business development teams to drive pipeline and adoption.
