Key Responsibilities

  • •Answer and manage incoming service calls, log service requests, and ensure accurate documentation.
  • •Schedule and allocate engineers for service tasks based on skill sets and availability; optimize engineer routes and schedules.
  • •Provide contract support for setup, renewal, and ongoing management of service contracts, maintaining up-to-date records and monitoring performance.
  • •Process warranty claims with suppliers/manufacturers, maintain a warranty register, and track outstanding claims and parts returns.
  • •Support compliance by maintaining audit-ready documentation for Fleet Management, F-Gas, and tail lift inspections and certifications, including scheduling mandatory inspections and testing.

Key Requirements

  • •Proven experience in a service administration or similar administrative support role.
  • •Strong organisational and planning abilities with excellent attention to detail and data accuracy.
  • •Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
  • •Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and reporting tools and IFS.
  • •Minimum GCSEs (or equivalent); further education or business administration qualifications are desirable.
