Key Responsibilities

  • •Define the Devices Engineering engineering strategy and align roadmaps with business objectives.
  • •Manage and develop Devices Engineering teams, enabling engagement, ownership, and skills growth.
  • •Ensure successful delivery of secure hardware, embedded software, validation, certification, and product lifecycle.
  • •Manage the Product Owner function to prioritize roadmaps and create customer value.
  • •Advance FIDO solution growth, prepare Post-Quantum Cryptography evolutions, and promote responsible AI and continuous improvement.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree (Bac+5 / engineering school or equivalent).
  • •Solid experience managing engineering teams, ideally in embedded systems, secure devices, or cybersecurity.
  • •Ability to drive product roadmap planning and delivery execution.
  • •Experience managing Product Owners and owning product strategy.
  • •Strong understanding of cybersecurity technologies (PKI, FIDO, smart cards) and product quality, certification, and lifecycle.
