Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage internal and external inspections/regulatory visits, including audit preparation, inspector accompaniment, reporting, and follow-up to non-conformances.
  • •Plan, direct, and improve the site auditing control program, including corrective/preventive actions, continuous improvement initiatives, and training/mentoring site auditors.
  • •Manage onsite laboratory execution of approved methodologies for product wet chemistry, grading, micro testing, and environmental sampling.
  • •Manage execution of site Food Safety Quality Program (QRMP) and HACCP programs, including QRMP audits and development of procedures and corrective actions.
  • •Act as the site QCMS/ISO coordinator and manage quality systems (including eQCMS/plant quality sites), updating quality refresher training and serving as backup quality contact when needed.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of experience in Quality Assurance, Food Manufacturing, or other technical environment.
  • •Bachelor's degree in Food Science (or equivalent) is required.
  • •Ability to work shifts, weekends, and required overtime; strong attendance and readiness for inspection activities.
  • •Strong leadership, technical, communication, and organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • •Advanced knowledge of quality systems/procedures/policies, including statistical process knowledge and the ability to handle multiple assignments.
