Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform inspections, maintenance, and repairs on ready mix trucks, end dump trucks, tractors, trailers, and heavy construction equipment.
  • •Diagnose mechanical issues and deliver solutions to maximize equipment reliability and performance.
  • •Dismantle, rebuild, and maintain equipment components including engines, transmissions, motors, and hydraulic systems.
  • •Test, operate, and fine-tune equipment to ensure efficiency and safety.
  • •Document time and parts records and maintain a clean, safe, compliant work environment.

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma or GED required; associate’s degree or technical certification in Heavy Equipment Maintenance is a plus.
  • •3–6 months of hands-on heavy equipment maintenance experience, or equivalent education and experience.
  • •Preferred: ASE certifications and a valid CDL (A or B) with a clean driving record.
  • •18 years or older and able to pass pre-employment physical, drug screen, and background check.
  • •Comply with OSHA/MSHA safety procedures and Federal Motor Carrier Safety Regulations (US DOT/ FMCSR).
