Job Summary

Deliver client-first, sales-driven banking by uncovering customers’ financial wellness needs through in-person and phone conversations. Build and expand personal and small business relationships by opening accounts and helping clients access deposit products, lending, and other banking solutions. Meet individual sales and activity goals, partner with branch and line-of-business teams, support teller line transactions as needed, and ensure compliance with operational and risk policies.

Key Responsibilities

•Provide a strong client experience by engaging with clients in-person and by phone to uncover needs and recommend customized financial wellness solutions.
•Open personal and business accounts, including deposit products, home equity, unsecured lending, and certificates of deposit, while meeting sales and referral goals.
•Develop partnerships with branch and line-of-business teams, managing centers of influence to acquire clients and deepen existing relationships.
•Ensure compliance with operational, risk, security, and audit procedures, including appropriate documentation of client interactions.
•Support branch operations by assisting with teller line transactions as needed and participate in branch huddles and debriefs, including working Saturdays as directed.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 20.67 - 31.25 hourly

Key Requirements

•Minimum 1 year of experience developing new and current customer relationships, achieving sales goals, and building referral sources.
•Understanding of consumer credit, including loan-to-value, debt-to-income, and credit reports.
•Foundational knowledge of sales and service techniques, including tele-consulting, outside calling, prospecting, and networking.
•Comfortable interacting with small business clients, overcoming objections, and asking fact-finding questions (preferred).
•Working knowledge of PCs (MS Windows and Microsoft Office including Word and Excel) and digital technology (mobile, apps, web browsing) to educate clients.
