Key Responsibilities

•Lead large-scale technical programs across engineering and adjacent teams—from CI/CD and infrastructure scaling to incident response, and driving other strategic projects across the engineering organization.
•Own Ramp's engineering incident response program, improving processes, running retrospectives, and keeping the bar high on how the org learns from incidents.
•Be the connective tissue between platform and product engineering teams, ensuring context flows both ways and nothing falls through the cracks with high-quality execution.
•Own programs end-to-end: from scoping and kickoff through delivery, observability, and retrospective.
•Partner with engineering leaders to define technical roadmaps and ensure programs align with organizational goals.

Pay and Benefits
