Key Responsibilities

  • •Support day-to-day inventory management, material tracking, warehouse activities, and logistics operations in the Secaucus data center lab environment.
  • •Receive, inspect, process, store, and track inbound and outbound materials, equipment, and assets.
  • •Verify quantities, part numbers, serial numbers, and shipping documentation to ensure accuracy and traceability.
  • •Perform SAP transactions and maintain accurate inventory records for material visibility and asset tracking.
  • •Conduct inventory counts/audits and reconcile discrepancies; investigate issues and coordinate corrective actions with relevant teams.

Key Requirements

  • •Experience with SAP or similar ERP systems for inventory management and material tracking.
  • •Experience supporting inventory control, warehouse operations, logistics, and shipping/receiving within a supply chain environment.
  • •Knowledge of receiving, inspection, shipping, inventory control, and material handling processes.
  • •Experience using SharePoint and Microsoft tools such as Excel, Outlook, Teams, and Power BI for tracking and reporting.
  • •Ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities in a fast-paced operational setting.
