Key Responsibilities

•Support the Retail Planning and Inventory Planning team with day-to-day responsibilities, KPI analysis, and ad-hoc template development to drive department strategies.
•Lead and participate in open-to-buy reviews and budget forecasting with guidance from the Retail Planning Manager.
•Monitor the execution of the buy, provide collection recaps during and after market, and manage stock at the SKU level to optimize inventory.
•Prepare long-term and short-term sales forecasts by product and reference level.
•Collaborate cross-functionally with Merchandise Management, IT, and Finance to ensure data accuracy and align on OTB assumptions.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree required.
•2-3 years of merchandise planning or related experience with direct open-to-buy experience strongly preferred.
•Advanced competency in retail math and Microsoft Excel.
•Experience with Power BI and IBM Planning Analytics Workspace a plus.
•Highly organized with strong attention to detail and excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
