Key Responsibilities

  • •Support the development of financial internal controls, assessment, and standardization frameworks.
  • •Draft divisional accounting policies and assist in implementing new accounting policies through technical analysis.
  • •Lead implementation of balance sheet substantiation, including periodic reviews and trial balance substantiation.
  • •Coordinate period close processes with shared service centres and BU finance teams, and support audit progress and auditor requirements.
  • •Drive adoption of AI and automation tools in divisional controlling, including building automation solutions and delivering training.

Key Requirements

  • •Professional accounting qualification (CA/ACCA/others).
  • •At least 5 years of relevant experience within a large organization at a supervisory level.
  • •Experience with ERP systems, especially SAP, including exposure to SAP BW/BPC/SAC.
  • •Strong analytical skills and process-oriented mindset.
  • •Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to plan and prioritize.
