Key Responsibilities

•Use the consultative sales process and Financial Needs Assessment to build customer profiles and identify current and future financial needs.
•Maintain knowledge of retail consumer and small business products/services and recommend solutions aligned to the value proposition.
•Utilize CAMP and approved marketing tools to reach out to customers, set appointments for periodic financial reviews, and engage in outside sales activities.
•Cross-sell to existing customers, meet/exceed customer experience and production goals, and help drive year-over-year revenue growth measured by the Financial Center P&L.
•Process teller transactions and support platform staff; provide guidance to CSRs, refer to business partners when appropriate, and ensure confidentiality and risk accountability.

Key Requirements

•College degree or work experience providing transferrable skills, or a combination of education and experience.
•Experience in the financial industry is preferred.
•Demonstrated ability to comfortably perform sales activities to acquire new customers and/or cross-sell to existing customers.
•Must demonstrate understanding of advanced math functions to analyze credit and financial information.
•S.A.F.E. Act registration at time of employment through the Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System (NMLS).
