Key Responsibilities

•Own our largest book of attributable ticket sales in your first year, building the pipeline, sales motion, and account plan from scratch
•Source and close headliner deals with artists, performers, and cultural figures whose events drive platform growth
•Build and run a target list of strategic accounts across venues, recurring event series, curated markets and fairs, and institutional cultural programs
•Negotiate deal structures that unlock the right relationships, coordinating with finance, legal, and product engineering
•Develop playbooks to move headliner deals into recurring host relationships and peer referrals; partner with marketing to refine ICPs and tell the story of top events

Key Requirements

•5+ years in a closing sales or account executive role with a track record of landing complex, high-value deals (including non-standard structures such as sponsorships, partnerships, or custom terms)
•Experience building and standing up a sales motion or market from scratch (0-to-1) at a startup or new line of business
•A strong, authentic network in live music/nightlife, food & hospitality, art & design, wellness, or institutional/cultural programming with a clear plan for leveraging that network
•Ability to read a room and discern earned vs manufactured audiences, and understand long-term impact on a ticketing platform
•Disciplined operator with CRM hygiene, forecasting, deal reviews, pipeline math, and a clear grasp of ROI
