  • •Define and lead the test manufacturing strategy, aligning processes and performance metrics with business and operational objectives.
  • •Partner with technology teams, platform suppliers, hardware vendors, test engineering, and OSAT partners to ensure test readiness and ramp execution.
  • •Drive cross-team problem-solving to support high-volume production and resolve complex operational issues.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience); advanced degree preferred.
  • •15+ years in test operations, including 6+ years leading senior technical teams in global organizations.
  • •Hands-on experience with SiPH, CPO platforms, and ATE/CPO hardware.
  • •Strong background in OSAT factory operations; direct factory experience preferred.
  • •Proven track record building and growing high-performing teams in complex manufacturing environments.
