  • •Partner with key stakeholders across South Australia and Sydney, providing leadership, structure, and clarity for a complex portfolio.
  • •Establish and maintain delivery frameworks, governance practices, reporting standards, and delivery controls.
  • •Own the program plan and sequencing, hold stream leads to it, and resolve conflicting dependencies to ensure cohesive outcomes.
  • •Manage risks, dependencies, and budget while ensuring program health updates and delivery assurance activities.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 10 years’ experience in program and project delivery, including at least 3 years in program management, practice management, or project management leadership.
  • •Degree qualification in Business, Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline.
  • •PRINCE2, MSP, Agile (or equivalent delivery certifications) are highly regarded.
  • •Proven track record leading large-scale delivery teams and embedding program/project management disciplines across complex portfolios.
  • •Extensive experience tailoring multiple delivery methodologies, including PRINCE2, MSP, Agile, Hybrid delivery models, and Lean Portfolio Management.
