Director of Sales

Lead and motivate the hotel’s Sales team to exceed the yearly revenue and expense budgets, overseeing Leisure, Corporate, and Group segments. Collaborate with the Commercial Director to set targets, strategies, and processes; ensure timely reporting, strong client relations, cross-selling across Kempinski properties, and alignment with the hotel’s vision while managing the department in the director’s absence.
