Implementation Services Field Engineering Manager

Lead the CAD Records Management (CRM) Field Engineering team responsible for deploying Computer-Aided Dispatch (CAD), mobile applications, and Records Management Systems (RMS). Manage talent, performance, resources, and budget while coaching field engineers to deliver high-quality customer and partner implementations. Own administrative and financial operations for the department, ensure compliance with company policies, and provide advanced technical support when needed. Occasional travel up to 25% is required.
