Key Requirements

  • •High school, associate's, or bachelor's degree with 5+ years of experience as a Field Engineer, Systems Engineer, or a Manager in a technical environment.
  • •Proficient in installing and advanced troubleshooting of server hardware, operating systems, and software infrastructure to resolve system and application-level issues.
  • •Legal authorization to work in the U.S. indefinitely is required; employer work permit sponsorship is not available.
  • •Must be able to obtain background clearance as required by government customer.
  • •Hold at least one industry-recognized certification (e.g., Network+ or CCNA) and have intermediate computer systems knowledge including hardware, operating systems, applications, and networking.
