Key Responsibilities

  • •Build and maintain internal web tools (employee portal, searchable knowledge base, task-management system, and role-based dashboards) using AI-assisted development platforms.
  • •Develop and continuously improve automated workflows that convert incoming customer emails into trackable, assignable tasks and follow-up items.
  • •Connect business systems via APIs and maintain reliable data flows between external platforms and the internal operating system.
  • •Build reporting and dashboards for operational performance and productivity metrics, including AI-powered report parsing into consistent structured outputs.
  • •Configure backend services and data models, manage authentication and permissions, test and deploy solutions, and maintain platform reliability and security.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 900 - 1,100 monthly

Key Requirements

  • •Proven experience building internal web tools, applications, dashboards, or operational systems using AI-assisted development tools.
  • •Hands-on experience building and maintaining business automations and integrated workflows.
  • •Experience connecting business systems through APIs and managing data between multiple platforms.
  • •Experience configuring backend services, databases, authentication, and access controls.
