Key Responsibilities

  • •After completing the Graduate Training Program, assume the responsibilities of an Energy Engineer in a predetermined office location.
  • •Convert data into actionable insights to help clients optimize facilities and use energy more efficiently.
  • •Analyze and assess economic impacts of utility rate structures and supply-side options across varied customer environments.
  • •Qualify clients and opportunities and lay out preliminary and detailed audit scope analysis.
  • •Conduct building walkthroughs to identify energy conservation measures and provide consultations, technical support/training, and indoor environmental quality and asset management insights.

Key Requirements

  • •Possess a bachelor’s degree in Engineering, preferably Energy, Mechanical or Electrical, and be graduated prior to the start date.
  • •Be a U.S. citizen or have the legal right to work in the U.S. without requiring sponsorship now or in the future.
  • •Complete the 15-week rotational development program with ability to travel to various in-person destinations throughout training.
  • •Must possess a valid driver’s license for a minimum of 12 months, provide proof of insurance, and have no major or frequent traffic violations (including DUI, hit & run, or reckless driving) in the previous 3 years.
