Job Summary

Plan and execute integrated marketing and communications campaigns for Private Banking offerings across Current Accounts and Savings Accounts. Lead end-to-end campaign delivery across ATL, BTL, digital, and social channels, translating business and product goals into culturally relevant UAE strategies. Partner with internal teams and agencies on brief-to-launch execution, bilingual content quality (Arabic/English), KPI-based performance optimization, and effective budget and timeline management.

Key Responsibilities

•Develop and manage end-to-end marketing and communications campaigns across ATL, BTL, digital, and social channels to meet annual objectives.
•Create culturally relevant UAE campaign strategies with a creative agency based on business and product objectives.
•Own campaign delivery from brief development and creative alignment through media planning, production, launch, and performance reporting.
•Ensure marketing content is accurate, on-brand, and error-free in both Arabic and English across the right channels.
•Monitor campaign performance against KPIs and optimize continuously; manage budgets, timelines, and agency relationships.

Key Requirements

•5–8 years of experience in marketing and communications in a fast-paced, campaign-driven environment.
•Fluency and professional writing proficiency in Arabic and English.
•Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
•Proven experience managing integrated, multi-channel campaigns end-to-end.
•Strong project management skills to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
