Job Summary

Manage medium- and high-complexity Engineered Items procurements as the focal interface between Raytheon programs and suppliers. Lead supplier collaboration, select and qualify suppliers, and develop/manage RFI and RFQs. Prepare and manage purchase orders and post-award PO administration, align agreements (e.g., PIAs, long-term agreements, bailment), and ensure suppliers meet program quality and delivery requirements. Hybrid role with minimal travel and access to local facilities as needed.

Key Responsibilities

•Manage medium- and high-complexity Engineered Items procurements as part of the Engineered Items procurement acquisition team.
•Lead supplier interactions and collaborate with internal cross-functional teams to manage procurements (e.g., build-to-print, performance specifications, Supplier SOWs).
•Select qualified suppliers and seek alternate suppliers when applicable.
•Develop and manage RFI and RFQs; prepare and manage purchase orders and post-award administration per directives and flowdowns.
•Prepare and execute agreements (e.g., PIAs, long term agreements, bailment) and manage suppliers to meet program quality and delivery requirements.

Key Requirements

•Typically requires a Bachelor’s and a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience, or an Advance Degree with a minimum of 5 years’ experience.
•Experience with DoD procurement/subcontract compliance with Public Laws, policies, Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR/DFAR), and ITAR and import/export requirements.
•Be a U.S. Person (U.S. citizen, permanent resident, refugee or asylee) or eligible to obtain necessary export authorizations required.
•Lead Supplier interaction and collaboration with internal cross-functional teams to manage procurements with medium/high complexity.
•Develop and Manage RFI and RFQs, including preparing and managing PO documentation and post-award PO management in accordance with company directives.
