Senior / Principal Sustainability Consultant – BREEAM Assessor

Lead and manage building certification projects and competitive bids, providing expert technical guidance on BREEAM, WELL and related schemes. Advise clients on decarbonisation targets, low-carbon design measures, and climate-resilient pathways while producing clear technical summaries and reports. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to design, analyse, model, and present sustainability strategies across a diverse portfolio, mentor junior consultants, and oversee internal quality assurance.
