•Acquire and incubate fashion brands and partners, and collaborate cross-functionally to drive growth and adoption of livestream and short videos.

Key Requirements

•Network within the fashion space and have strong knowledge of the Mexican fashion industry landscape, consumer demands, digital evolution, and mobile transformation.
•Strong interpersonal skills with excellent communication and negotiation abilities, plus logical and analytical thinking.
•Customer-service orientation with experience working in a client-facing capacity.
•Practical experience in social commerce, content marketing, influencers, and creativity within relevant categories.
•Solid people management experience, including leading a diverse team, and experience owning P&L.
