Key Responsibilities

  • •Oversee the daily running of all onsite retail stores and serve as the primary onsite point of contact for retail operations
  • •Manage retail load-in and pre-opening readiness, including verifying infrastructure, handling issues, and completing readiness checks
  • •Lead and train the retail team, create rotas, log hours, and ensure consistent use of Square POS and fulfillment processes
  • •Own stock management across receiving, safe storage, tracking/reconciliation in Square, and end-of-day and end-of-show counts
  • •Monitor retail performance metrics and deliver daily capture of activity in Square plus weekly and final show reporting and documentation

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 350 daily

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum of five (5) years of retail management in high-volume, experiential retail or live-event/festival environments
  • •Experience managing teams in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment
  • •Experience using POS systems; Square experience preferred
  • •Strong commercial awareness to analyze sales performance and identify improvement opportunities
  • •Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail, especially in stock control, fulfillment, and reconciliation
