Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage end-to-end payroll accounting for EMEA and APAC entities, ensuring accurate payroll expense and liability recording.
  • •Prepare and post payroll-related journal entries, accruals, provisions, and adjustments in line with company policies and reporting standards.
  • •Perform monthly payroll-related balance sheet reconciliations and certify reconciliations through BlackLine.
  • •Ensure SOX and internal control compliance for payroll accounting, employee benefits accounting, and financial reporting.
  • •Support internal and external audits with audit-ready documentation; manage equity compensation accounting (RSUs, ESPPs) and assist with actuarial valuation and employee benefit accounting.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of relevant experience, preferably in a multinational environment.
  • •B.Com, M.Com, CA inter, or MBA in Finance.
  • •Proficiency in ERP systems (preference: Oracle) and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
  • •Strong knowledge of payroll accounting, reconciliations, and the GL process.
  • •Ability to manage statutory compliance and payroll taxes/social security/pension obligations across regions.
