Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve as the main point of contact onsite for Candlelight events and staff, communicating with the Fever Originals manager.
  • •Manage the staff roster, set schedules, and coordinate reschedules with the staffing agency.
  • •Ensure staff are trained and event operations are ready (ticket validation, seating/accommodation, and setup).
  • •Drive uHaul with event supplies to and from venues, manage inventory and printing needs, and support guest lists and event opening/closing remarks.
  • •Provide weekly pre- and post-event reporting to Fever Originals project managers and occasionally assist with venue walk-throughs.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 25 hourly

  • •1+ years of experience in event management and/or a relevant degree (preferred).
