Process vendor invoices and related documents for accurate, timely payment scheduling and processing. Verify invoice coding and approvals in line with company policies, provide backup support to other Accounts Payable team members, and respond to vendor and internal customer inquiries. Support the A/P Manager with audit requests while maintaining speed and accuracy in AP system data entry and invoice workflow.
