Key Responsibilities

  • •Oversee strategic warehouse operations across receiving, shipping, fulfillment, storage/distribution, and logistics.
  • •Direct daily activities and provide coaching and guidance to associates and leads to ensure maximum productivity.
  • •Ensure compliance with safety, GMP, and SQF policies/procedures, including PPE/hygiene requirements.
  • •Perform internal audits, create and implement processes/procedures, and relay the quality philosophy to warehouse personnel.
  • •Manage preventive and corrective action requests from internal and external audit findings, including addressing nonconformities and ensuring documentation/design controls are appropriate.

Key Requirements

  • •Associate’s degree or related management work experience.
  • •At least 5 years of warehouse work experience, including a demonstrated track record as a supervisor.
