Job Summary

Prepare RFQs for coastal discipline and coordinate with procurement for bidder technical clarifications, including technical review of quotations and bid analysis. Support the Marine/Civil innovation program by maintaining registers, coordinating participants, and organizing meetings. Conduct case study and business case analysis with inputs on cost, resources, and scheduling. Develop and maintain method statements for coastal construction processes and improve systems and procedures while liaising with stakeholders and supporting internal/external audits.

Key Responsibilities

•Prepare RFQs for coastal discipline and coordinate with procurement on bidder technical clarifications.
•Perform technical review of quotations and final technical bid analysis.

•Analyze case studies and support independent business cases with cost, resources, and scheduling inputs.

•Minimum of 6 years' relevant experience in marine or coastal construction projects.
•Experience in the MENA region is preferred.
•Ability to perform technical and administrative tasks in a marine civil department.
•Ability to support business-case preparation related to the department.
