Retirement Plan Manager (Consultant)

Lead the administration of employer-sponsored retirement plans by partnering with assigned plan sponsors, retirement advisors, and consultants. Serve as a primary contact for operational challenges, resolve moderately complex client issues, and conduct research and reporting to drive solutions. Improve daily plan operations through proactive process enhancements, support service strategy based on client complexity, and collaborate on adoption of new products and platforms while ensuring a positive client experience.
