Job Summary

Repair and maintain on-site structures and equipment at Highland Valley Copper. Lead with Courageous Safety Leadership while performing preventative maintenance, machinery installation, and machine repair. Read and interpret blueprints and manuals, operate hoisting and lifting equipment, and troubleshoot production problems with preventative or corrective action. Work a 4x4 rotation (two days, two nights, four days off) in a drive-in/drive-out role requiring local residence and independent commuting.

•Strong interpersonal skills.
•Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
•Must be willing to work shift work, with a High School Diploma or equivalent and a valid driver’s license.
