Job Summary

Own the finance side of a company-wide ERP and finance transformation, partnering with system integrators and delivery vendors from BRD through migration, parallel run, and cutover. Redesign and automate core finance processes (O2C, P2P, R2R, FP&A) to shorten month-end close, strengthen controllership and SOX-lite readiness, and deliver standardized dashboards and driver-based forecasting. Lead governance, adoption, and training while embedding AI/automation into the future-state operating model.

Key Responsibilities

•Own the finance side of the ERP program from BRD through design decisions, data migration, parallel run, and cutover, including alignment with external auditors.
•Serve as primary counterpart to system integrators and delivery partners, holding them to quality, pace, and commercial outcomes.
•Lead finance value-chain design decisions (revenue recognition incl. deferred revenue and breakage, COGS and inventory accounting, intercompany, consolidation, period-end close, treasury, tax, and AP).
•Engineer and automate core finance processes (O2C, P2P, R2R, FP&A) to eliminate manual work and drive a shorter month-end close.
•Define transformation roadmap and governance, report progress to leadership and the Audit & Risk Committee, and embed AI/automation opportunities into the future-state design.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: GBP 82,500 - 97,000 annually

Key Requirements

•10+ years in finance with a track record of leading large-scale finance transformation.
•Lead an ERP implementation end to end as the finance lead (SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics).
•Demonstrated process re-engineering and automation experience across O2C, P2P, R2R, and FP&A.
•Strong controllership and controls background (SOX / SOX-lite, ITGC, audit readiness).
•Qualified accountant (CPA, ACA, ACCA, CIMA) and/or Big 4/consulting transformation background.
