Key Responsibilities

  • •Deliver product and workflow coaching sessions to help strategic customers adopt Autodesk solutions and activate key workflows.
  • •Conduct coaching discovery calls to understand customer workflows, adoption barriers, learning needs, and desired outcomes.
  • •Lead live coaching and scalable group enablement sessions for end users, providing workflow-specific guidance and best practices.
  • •Act as a trusted technical advisor, demonstrating technical expertise to help customers achieve business outcomes using Autodesk technology.
  • •Develop, update, and maintain enablement content and learning resources to support coaching delivery and address customer workflow challenges.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • •5+ years of experience in the AEC industry or AEC technology industry.
  • •Expert knowledge of Autodesk Revit and/or Forma (formerly Autodesk Construction Cloud).
  • •Hands-on experience exploring or testing how AI can be applied to AEC workflows.
  • •Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize effectively, and communicate clearly to explain complex technical concepts.
